Project description
Training courses are often offered in the form of classroom training or workshops that require on-site meetings. One of the disadvantages of this is that travel and personnel costs are incurred for the training courses.
The VASE project provides a virtual environment in which service technicians can complete various training courses on machine twins. The highly interactive self-learning scenarios can be carried out alone or with the help of a human-looking virtual assistant who provides feedback on the individual work steps.
