If you are connected to your company’s network, it may be blocking access to the server. Referring to our information on setting up in restrictively secured networks, contact your IT department, which can unblock the correct ports and domains.
If short-term assistance from your IT department is not possible, switch to a guest network if possible.
If you are connected to your private network (e.g. home office), VPN may cause this error. Disable VPN and restart the application.
Furthermore, make sure that the application is not blocked by a firewall or antivirus scanner. This especially concerns Zscaler, Sophos and Kaspersky software, which should be disabled for TriCAT spaces® to start successfully.
