This occurs when TriCAT spaces® is started directly from the downloaded .dmg file.
Please install the application correctly (drag the application from the opened .dmg file to Programs) and start it from the installed programs afterwards. Otherwise, communication with the system will be much more difficult and complications with headset, webcam etc. may occur.
