Operating Systems
Windows 11 (no N versions like e.g. Windows 10 Home N) (older versions may have limitations)
Mac OS X version 14 or higher (older versions may have limitations)
Give permissions
Ensure that your microphone or camera is enabled in Windows 10 in accordance with data protection regulations. Windows 10: Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone > (> Camera) Allow apps to access your microphone (camera) > On
Eliminate distractions
Please note that you can only participate in a virtual event using a (standard) headset with integrated voice function (microphone). Other configurations may cause disruptive echoes.

Firewalls
The Windows Firewall must not block the application. Please click allow access.
If you are not using the standard Windows firewall, please click on “do not block.”

Ensure that your connection is stable, as otherwise you may experience disconnections during the event.
