Give permissions
Ensure that your microphone or camera is enabled in Windows 10 in accordance with data protection regulations. Windows 10: Start > Settings > Privacy > Microphone > (> Camera) Allow apps to access your microphone (camera) > On
When asked by your browser, please also allow access to your microphone and camera before entering the event.
Eliminate distractions
Please note that you can only participate in a virtual event using a (standard) headset with integrated voice function (microphone). Other configurations may cause disruptive echoes.
