Hardware requirements
- Standard computer or laptop: no thin (or slim) client
- Hard disk space: 2 GB available hard disk space
- RAM: at least 8 GB RAM, recommended: 16 GB or more
- Processor power: mindestens Intel Core i5 6ter Generation (z. B.: Intel Core i5-6350HQ), empfohlen Intel Core i7-10700
- Graphics card:
- Integrated graphics card: at least Iris Plus G4 (2019), AMD RX Vega 8 or UHD Graphics 630 (2017), recommended: Intel Iris Xe , Intel Arc, AMD R9
- Dedicated graphics card: Nvidia MX110 (2018) , recommended: NVIDIA GTX 1050, GTX 670

Please note that you can only participate in a virtual event using a (commercially available) headset with an integrated voice function (microphone). Other configurations can generate disturbing echoes.
Authorizations
When you start TriCAT spaces® Web, you will be requested to grant access rights for your microphone and camera. Please allow access before joining a session.
Internet bandwidth
Minimum: DSL 3000
Recommended: DSL 6000 and higher
Wireless networks
Make sure your connection is stable, otherwise you may experience disconnections during your session.
